The “Dark_Black” Theme

As you are probably aware, Wolfgang Bartelme released his “dark” theme two weeks ago today (with the awesome assistance of iLEMONed, who coded the design,); I was very impressed with the quality and the amazing layout/design style. Only problem was, I wasn’t too keen on the colors. So, I decided to remake the design, with as much minimal invasion as required.

You can see the changes and scheme here visibly on my site, compared to the original theme. The question is, is something that the public would want? I am in the works of making this available for download as long as Bartelme is onboard.

I will keep you guys informed with the process. If you get a second, drop a line and let me know if you think this should be released. thanks.

Yeah definately release it, its a nice dark theme works really well in these colours.

The original was too blue and overpowering.

Go ahead, this looks terriffic, one thing, too many posts on the frontpage, but that’s just my two cents.

@Etham: Thank you so much for your comment, I really hope people enjoy this “twist” on Bartelme’s amazing theme.

@milo317: I took your advice and I think it makes a world of a difference. I think that limiting it down to 2 or 3 posts at max give it a much better look. Thanks for the advice :)

@Paul, make sure UTW (ultimate tag warrior) is enabled. You then have to set tags (different from categories) for each post you want to have tags.

    Hope that helps :)
